Donna Lee Majewski

Donna Lee Majewski, age 69, died from complications during surgery on May 22, 2024 in Upland, CA.  Donna Lee is survived by her husband of 29 years, Doug Majewski; her children, Christopher, Jenny, Jacob, and Tara; her grandchildren Kyleha, Gio, Camden and Rowan;  stepchildren Jeff, Kim and Brandee; her siblings Rick, Debbie and Peggy; and countless extended family and numerous friends.

Donna Lee was born on September 2, 1954 in Pennsylvania to parents Patricia and Cary Polen.  Donna Lee held many jobs in her young adult life prior to having children, then focused on being a mom for a number of years before taking a position at California Steel Industries (CSI) in Fontana, CA.  She held many positions at CSI over the 30 years she was there from shipping department to sales to ultimately landing in the IT Dept prior to retirement.  Donna Lee prided herself on being a great employee for CSI and met people there who would become her lifelong friends and extended family.

Donna Lee loved traveling with Doug, their most recent trip to Alaska in 2023.  Donna Lee truly enjoyed spending time with her family and never wanted anything more than time together, enjoying a meal and chatting.  Donna Lee enjoyed taking trips in their RV, camping with family in beautiful locations, cooking tasty meals in the great outdoors.  Donna Lee was a great cook and loved preparing meals for others.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Sunrise Church in Rialto, CA on June 22nd, 2024 at 11:00 am with a reception to follow at the church.  Any donations or flowers can be directed to Sunrise Church at 2759 N. Ayala Dr., Rialto, CA 92377.
