James Anthony Gustavis

James Anthony Gustavis (AKA “ROTO“by close family and friends) was born January 4, 1962 in Los Angeles, California to James and Fayrene Gustavis. He was the first child of four brothers to that union. James was raised in a Christian home by his parents Carl and Fayrene Butler and six brothers. He accepted Jesus Christ as his Personal Savior at an early age.

James graduated from Lynwood High School. After graduation he was employed at General Motors. James went into the United States Air Force and received an honorable discharge. He was employed at McDonald Douglas/Boeing Aircraft.

James was preceded in death by his paternal father James Lee Gustavis; sister Renee Williams; and brother Jeffery Gustavis.

He leaves in celebration of his home going, six brothers: Robert Aaron Gustavis; Bernard Lee Gustavis; Kenneth Eugene Gustavis; Eric Charles Bender; Carl E.Butler; Carl A. Butler, Jr.; and four sisters: Leticia Gustavis; Pam Gustavis; Charlean B. Milton; Carla B. Mazique. A host of, aunties, uncles , nieces ,nephews, and, cousins, family and friends.
