James D. Jones Sr.

James D. Jones Sr, age 79 years old, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on December 29th, 2020 in Barstow, Ca. He  proceeded in death by his beloved wife Roberta Jean Jones, (Father) Solomon Isaac Jones (Mother) Mable Marie Dunn.
He is survived by his children, Cathy Stopyak (Jones), James D. Jones Jr. (Vicki), Angela L. Jones; Grandchildren William, Michael and Kennith Harrelson, Scott Jones and Kayla Mays; 4 great grandchildren; and Sister Louis Gorinflo.
James, Jimmy or Jim as he was fondly called by family and friends, was born on October 11th, 1941 in McComas, W.Va,
He found passion in cooking for many year's then went to work for Yellow Freight and Retired from there after 27 year's, he was a big fan of the Dodgers and the Tennessee Titans, he loved going to Denny's restaurant with his beloved wife where they were Icons, he was very well known by his western attire, he wore a  western hat, people that would cruise by knew him for that hat. He was loved by all who knew him, he will be truly, and deeply missed.
