He was born on July 16, 1944, in Mexico City, but was raised in Tijuana, Mexico, before immigrating to the USA in 1974. Javier resided in Riverside for 30 years, where he cultivated deep roots within the community.

Javier is survived by his devoted wife, Julia Ramirez, whom he married in 1974. Together, they raised five children: Horacio, Julieta, Lorena, Esteban, and Angel. Javier's life was further enriched by the presence of six grandchildren: Elijah, Ezra, Norah, Lorenzo, Rhett, and Xiomara. His family was his greatest joy, and he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to their happiness and well-being.

A man of diverse interests, Javier found passion in photography, martial arts, and aviation. He pursued these hobbies with enthusiasm and skill, finding joy in every moment spent indulging his interests. Professionally, Javier excelled as a Master Automotive Electrician, dedicating over 30 years to perfecting his craft. His expertise was matched only by his generosity in sharing knowledge and mentoring his colleagues.

Above all else, Javier cherished time spent with his grandchildren, infusing their lives with love, wisdom, and laughter. His faith was a cornerstone of his existence, and he found solace and strength in his Catholic beliefs. Javier's gentle spirit and unwavering kindness touched the lives of all who knew him.
