Javier is survived by his devoted wife, Julia Ramirez, whom he married in 1974. Together, they raised five children: Horacio, Julieta, Lorena, Esteban, and Angel. Javier's life was further enriched by the presence of six grandchildren: Elijah, Ezra, Norah, Lorenzo, Rhett, and Xiomara. His family was his greatest joy, and he dedicated himself wholeheartedly to their happiness and well-being.
A man of diverse interests, Javier found passion in photography, martial arts, and aviation. He pursued these hobbies with enthusiasm and skill, finding joy in every moment spent indulging his interests. Professionally, Javier excelled as a Master Automotive Electrician, dedicating over 30 years to perfecting his craft. His expertise was matched only by his generosity in sharing knowledge and mentoring his colleagues.
