Kenneth Gunter Schiffbauer

Survived by wife Sandra J. Schiffbauer of Apple Valley, son Michael D. Schiffbauer, daughter-in-law Janell, granddaughter Brianna Schiffbauer of Apple Valley, and niece Alison W. Barnes of Oakland.

He was a retired Operating Engineer-Local 3 and worked as a weighmaster/scale clerk for Hillsdale Rock Co. in Hollister, CA.

Ken was a licensed private pilot and motorcycle enthusiast.

First and foremost Ken was an avid fisherman and bass tournament participant.

He was the photographer and videographer for Hula Halau O Kanela No'eau of San Jose for 30 years, affectionately known as "Uncle Ken".

Ken made his transition at Desert Valley Medical Center, Victorville after succumbing to complications from recurring pneumonia and heart failure.
