Marylou (Castrejon) Walk

Marylou Walk, 68 yrs.old, passed away on March 6, 2025, in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Born on November 2, 1958, in California and was raised her entire life in Upland. Marylou brought joy and warmth to the lives of those around her with her contagious laugh and unwavering love for helping others. This showed when she loved her job as a teacher's aide at HeadStart. 

Marylou is survived by her three children, Billy, Paul, and Sonia, who will forever carry with them her legacy. Additionally, she is a proud grandmother to Andrew, Sabrina, Jacob, Raeanne, and Kayla. She is also survived by her sisters Tina and Angela, as well as her brother Daniel.

Marylou's life was defined by her passion for music, particularly the oldies, with favorite artists that included Mary Wells and Brenton Wood. This love for timeless melodies defined much of her spirit and colored her memories.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Angie, along with her sister Kathy, brother Johnny, and Jesse. Each of these losses was a profound moment in her life, but Marylou continued to cherish and share the love imparted by her family.

Friends and family are invited to celebrate Marylou's life at a memorial service on April 3, 2025, beginning at 2:00 PM, at Green Family Cremation and Burial, located at 13819 Foothill Blvd, Suite D, Fontana, CA 92335. This gathering will provide a space for those who loved her to come together, share stories, and honor the beautifully vibrant life she led.
