Stephanie Lynn Higgins

Stephanie Lynn Higgins, 63 yrs., passed on to her celestial life on July 18th, 2022 in Garden Grove, California after battling with Leukemia. She was the only daughter of the late Jack Pruett and Lorraine Brown Pruett with three brothers Jack, Tony and Gary. She was born on January 28, 1959 in Los Angeles, California and attended high school at Buena Park High School.

She enjoyed going on trips to Knotts Berry Farms and Disneyland whenever she could. She loved the beach, swimming, crocheting, Christmas decorations and the turquoise color which she wore often. In recent years, she spent quality time with her grandchildren who brought her so much joy and fulfillment. Stephanie always had a bubbly attitude and was full of happiness. She lit any room she walked into with her sweet and big smile. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and always willing to help when needed and loved everyone. She found Bob, the love of her life, and they eternally married on May 12, 1980 and were inseparable up until he passed away in 2015. She was diagnosed with Leukemia in the early part of 2022. And even though Stephanie knew it was going to be a difficult battle, she pushed forward. She had her challenges and even when she was tired, she still wanted to be Stephanie.

Stephanie leaves behind her son, Robert Leo Higgins III and wife Sabrina; her grandchildren Liam and Wesley; her brother Gary Pruett. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert Leo Higgins II, her parents, and her brothers Jack and Tony.

She will be dearly missed by her loved ones and friends.
